Mobymax Teachers Review: My Goal and Objective for trying mobymax was to supplement the new ccss math curriculum in a large class with 70% of the class below the state mean in reading.
My 34, 4th grade, Title I students started using the free trial version of Mobymax last year to help them transition from the old state math standards to the new CCSS math standards. The software was easy to use, and setting up classes was fast and simpler than many other online portals. The students enjoyed interacting with the kid friendly formative assessments, tutoring/teaching cycles and fun rigorous practice sessions. The fun humorous feedback, repeated adaptive tutoring and practice sessions, games, teacher messaging for teachers to praise students efforts and earned badges is a big incentive for students to keep studying and improving skills. The kids did better than expected on our NWEA MAP test and this year we paid for a full school licence and almost all teachers are using Mobymax. Sean Taylor
