Great Book Series that Inspire a Love of Reading!

How do you help your kids/students develop a love of reading?

Great books series like Horrible Histories, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, and the Dork Diaries inspire reluctant readers to develop into passionate readers. Going from non-readers, struggling readers, aliterate readers to bookworms with a love of reading usually starts with a favorite author or an amazing book series. Great book series challenge our hearts, minds, and souls and take us to unimagined lands and introduces our readers to strange and amazing characters. Daily read alouds that introduce, inspire, and intrigue young readers is food for the heart, soul, and mind.

Please share the great book series that inspired a love of reading in you and your students.
